Ministry Leadership Day 2009

Last year's Ministry Leadership Day was on the theme of "Making Peace: Managing Conflict in Ministry"
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Grant Gordon

Grant Gordon - Lecture 1- Part 1

Grant Gordon - Lecture 1- Part 2

Of course in our churches, this is a theoretical problem only! (Don't we wish!)
Thank you to those that joined us as Dr. Grant Gordon, along with several other workshop leaders, addressed this important and relevant topic.  Dr. Gordon has served as a pastor and as Director of Field Education at Tyndale Theological Seminary.  He presently serves as an Intentional Interim Pastor, and presents workshops, seminars and classes on trans-forming church conflict and bringing congregational peace.  Soon to be published is a book on the letters of John Newton (of Amazing Grace fame) to John Ryland.  Dr. Gordon holds a D.Min from Princeton Theological Seminary.
